Both, plus any other PPC platform that makes sense for your practice. For most healthcare practices, Google Ads is the primary channel because patients search for specific procedures. Meta Ads works well for awareness and retargeting. I recommend the mix based on your services, market, and budget — not based on which platform I prefer.

Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
