I'm not a marketer. Can I really learn this?

Absolutely. You don't need to become a marketer. You need to become a marketing-literate practice owner. How much time does mentoring require each week?

Plan for 2-3 hours per week. That includes our 1-on-1 sessions plus time to review your own data and practice what we cover. This isn't a part-time MBA — it's focused, practical learning you apply immediately to your practice.

What's the difference between mentoring and your Fractional CMO service?

With Fractional CMO, I do the work. With mentoring, I teach you to do the work (or evaluate the people doing it). Some clients start with mentoring and realise they'd rather have me execute. Others start with Fractional CMO and transition to mentoring as their team builds capability. Both paths work.

Will you teach my team too?

Yes. In fact, that's often the most valuable part. I work with practice owners and their marketing team together, so everyone speaks the same language and understands the same metrics. Building team capability is how you get lasting results.

Is there a minimum commitment?

I recommend a minimum of 3 months for mentoring because real capability takes time to build. But there's no lock-in contract. If after the first month you don't see value, we stop. Most mentoring clients continue for 4-6 months until they feel confident running things independently.
